The legal basis for processing your data as part of the Feedback Program is your explicit consent, which is obtained when you opt-in to participate upon User registration. You may withdraw this consent at any time as outlined in Section 5.
Your interaction data collected as part of the Feedback Program will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in Section 2 or as required by law. Afterward, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.
The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms and Conditions on our website or within the Software. Your continued participation in the Feedback Program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
